Meet the Pastor
Kurt Lang, along with his wife Kristen, has served as pastor of the Eugene CoG7 since October of 2021. They have three college-age children – Nicole, Jordan and Korban. Kurt also serves part time as the English Asst. Dean of Academic Affairs for Artios Christian College, where he received his pastoral degree in 2012. He has over 25 years of experience in leadership and ministry in the General Conference, CoG7, serving as National Youth Director and also youth pastor in Harrisburg, Oregon. Kristen has over 15 years of experience as an elementary school teacher.
Kurt’s passion is to serve his family and the church. His favorite verse is John 3:30, where John the Baptist says of Jesus, “He must become greater; I must become less.” His goal is for Jesus to shine brightly in and through him so that he can encourage and equip others to know, love and serve Jesus with all their heart.
